Andrew Gower is the creator of RuneScape. ?Andrew created JaGeX Industries, and is co-founder of it?. He created RuneScape during his time at the University of Cambridge, in England. Andrew has made 2 games for Atari ST. They're names were Parallax Painter, which was a 3D platform game, and a 3D first person shooter game called Destruction Imminent. He began experimenting with Java from 1997 to 1999. Later, he made a 2D Role Playing Game called DeviousMUD. This game was the father of RuneScape. Later, in 2001, he created the game as an MMORPG, and named it "RuneScape". In the future, Andrew updated the game with a better engine in 2004, calling it RuneScape 2, the RuneScape we play today.
